Lemon Grass Kitchen with Mai Pham: A concept that features authentic flavors of Southeast Asia arrive on campus and are brought to life in classic dishes such as Pad Thai, stir fry and noodle dishes!

My Kitchen: A hands-on dining experience where you can prepare your own meals at one of our multiple cooking stations, engage in cooking lessons, enjoy meals inspired by visiting chefs and special events. All the ingredients needed to make your favorite salad, panini, pasta or stir fry dish are ready and available for you.

Salsa Rico: Your favorite tacos, burritos, nachos & quesadillas

Late Night: My Kitchen is open for a late night dining option where students can cook at one of the stations or enjoy our special of the night.
