RED CHEF provides students with fresh, creative and nutritious ingredients and recipes to promote the art of cooking! How does it work? Three different RED CHEF meals will be offered each day. Recipe cards with ingredients, step-by-step cooking instructions and nutrition facts will be provided for each meal. Pick up your RED CHEF container with prepped ingredients ready to cook! Bring your container back to your dorm/apartment or stay to cook your meal in My Kitchen. Be sure to return your container to the cashier before you plan on cooking your next meal!

Red's Best: Red's Best is a Boston Based Seafood wholesaler. Fisherman catch the fish on Wednesday's and send the fish right to Mills Dining Hall on ice. Fillets are served Thursdays and Fridays. The fish come with a RSS code that can be scanned with any smart phone. The code provides the exact location the fish was caught, the fisherman who caught it and what species of fish the fillet is. The program has been an exciting addition to Mills Dining Hall providing local and sustainable meals. Red's Best is served Thursday for lunch and Fridays for lunch and Dinner. Farm Fresh Foods: It's all in the name. Classic soups, sandwiches, made with farm fresh fruits and vegetables.

Magellan's: Sporting south-western and southern comfort foods, for the student looking to relax.

Rappz: If you're looking for an easy alternative to the sandwich items, check out Rappz, with new wraps served during lunch and dinner every day.

Salsa Rico: Want to kick it up a notch? Then try Salsa Rico, home of classic Mexican cuisine dishes.

Oodles: For the exotic minded, or an international student looking for a bit of home. Specialty rice, noodle, and stir fry bowls made right in front of you.

MyKitchen: A unique combination hands-on kitchen. Enjoy an excellent meal at the exhibition kitchen for visiting chefs, special events, cooking lessons and demonstration cooking. At MyKitchen, students can make their meals just the way they want it. Featuring four individual kitchens set up with ingredients that change daily. One kitchen section is always vegan and vegetarian, one offers pasta, and the other two change daily. These kitchens also help students with special diet needs and food preferences.
